We can now create our own websites and we have advanced a lot since web 1.0 and information is at the tip of our fingers. It is very interesting how we can change and make a website.

I had seen this video before and it was very interesting to know how so much of our life is public. Things that we think are private and think it is safe to post and are kept private, some techy can pull it up, it's just the matter of knowing how to pull up a person whole life.

Blog Entry 1
a) The goal of my Capstone is to reduce/ spread awareness that childhood obesity may later cause cardiovascular diseases.
b) It is important because the obesity rate is growing and with obesity, other diseases follow.
c) I want to be a Physician Assistant and my capstone project fits in because it is medically related and I need to be aware of the basics of these diseases that I might have to deal with.
d) My project creates awareness to the society and to children/parents that their future is in danger
e)My capstone teaches parents and creates awareness. I get to learn from my capstone and hopefully it will help me later on. I would be helping the community by creating awareness
